This workshop is for all project-based businesses: architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, web designers, and anyone who wants to know how much money they actually made on a project. In this two-day workshop you will learn to:

Implement “Best Practices” for better job costing and profitability analysis.
Create estimates for fixed-price jobs to include costs and price at different levels of detail.
Set up your system to handle customer deposits.
Manage construction-specific issues such as retention, markup on T&M invoices, job costing, salaried time and applying labor burdens.
Learn how to retrieve financial reports to adjust your company performance for optimum profit.
This workshop is based on a solid, properly setup QuickBooks company file. Take the Intro and Advanced Series if your file is not setup properly.
